My name is Mayur M. Patel and my law firm specializes in consumer bankruptcy law. Bankruptcy law wasn't my first choice but it fell into my lap by happenstance and became a calling.
I always worked for small firms but I joined a bankruptcy firm with a large client base. We did many wonderful things for many amazing people but it lacked the "bedside manner" of individual service. But I also realized reinventing the wheel and starting my own bankruptcy practice wasn't the direction I wanted to go. Yet, I wanted to continue to use the skills and experiences I've developed in handling thousands of bankruptcy cases to continue to help consumers and attorneys.
Then I had a wild idea, why not provide consumers and attorneys services they don't either have the time, resources, or perhaps the expertise to handle? So I decided to take another wild chance on a wild idea and quit my job to start this firm where my mission is simple: to provide individualized care to each client.
